• Bachelors/ Engineering in IT (or any other related field) with minimum 2/3 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated Team Lead ability to manage/prioritize multiple and changing priorities/environments

• Predicative analytics relative to IT operations

• Experience applying ITOA in Root Cause Analysis, Incident Management & Impact Analysis

• Experience working with Big Data solutions

• Willingness to learn new data visualization techniques, methods and tools

• Knowledge about analytical approaches, methods and modeling

•  Work on the analytics team, with GMs, product and engineering to help synthesize questions, understand our customer data and query the correct answer in way that is easily understood
• Assist Sales with gathering accurate data about audience and consumers to respond to our clients (advertisers) and help with optimization of those client campaigns
• Proactively identify insights that help stakeholders achieve their objectives and improve products and services
• Design data models and data architecture
• Knowledge of railroad industry and KPI’s supporting Financial, Operational and Performance metrics
• Manage project data from various sources such as municipalities, government agencies, laboratories, field staff
• Power BI for financial analytics • Integrate various datasets and build data models for visualization in Power BI or using data gateways
• Contributes to strategic planning meetings and provides guidance and expertise on system options, risk, costs
• Creates proof of concepts and prototypes on implementation/use new BI software tools/systems
