1. Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology
2. Deep knowledge of paid search, display advertising,  and social media advertising. ie Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.

5. Organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven process

• Digital media straregy development 
• Manage and set client expectations, combining client needs with our ability to figure out the best way to implement effective campaigns. 
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver fully integrated campaigns
• Create and manage digital campaign budgets.

1. Develop and manage digital media plans; negotiate and purchase media and have  good working relationships with media providers
2. Coordinate the implementation of digital media plans.
3. Review digital campaign performance.
4. Oversee the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities
5. Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
6. Analyze campaign metrics, review performance reports, and provide recommendations.
7. Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
8. You have the ability to focus on goals and solutions that impact the work.
